and as for the honey with tea, the reason i know that about honey is because i made pastelli a few times. those are greek sesame bars and holy fuck are they sweet. i fell for the meme that they're "the original energy bar" so i packed some on a two day hike i was planning. never again. the tinfoil i wrapped them in was almost impossible to remove, they made your fingers sticky and they were so sweet they made me go through my water fast. good thing i found a watering spot. but they're alright as relatively healthy treats.
