I'll speak plainly
for magic to work you have to know what you want (ie poker winning vs losing)
for your Mind to help guide you into the timeline that you win, the more you can flesh out what winning 'looks/feels/tastes/sounds/smells) like, th emore you can visualize all the aspects of that victory, the HIGHER probability that will be your outcome
So once you have your intention (win at poker)
and you set the scene (clothes/atmpshere/looks feels/tastes etc)
then you create words that SYMBOLICALLY represent that scene
then you REFINE those words/symbols
that gives you a magic sigil
taaadaaaa
it's life changing anon
it takes time and mental energy
and the more playful and fun you are the better it goes desu
life will give you lots of opportunity to bleed
I kindly suggest you start your path froma place of growth and light and creation, rather than bloodwork
