I take pride in the fact that Im objectively superior to at least 98% of the people I meet and I rationalize that no matter how bad my life gets, the fact that I live in Canada means that I probably have it better that a vast majority of the planet. Maybe youre right and they dont deserve it, then at least Ive made them stronger for having forced them to endure something difficult.
