>>12218079more melancholy than saddo i think
maybe can but the problem is that he's the DM for one of the days so we'd need to basically hard remove him and restructure. i suppose now that we have multiple campaigns running concurrently i could just make sure i have an extra session ready for us to play if he's ever being cringe and tries to cancel or something.
the crux of the problem is that people agree that his actions kind of suck in general but they don't dislike the guy himself and would feel bad booting him or something.
>>12218100yeah, it's a bit of a messy situation though unfortunately. most of the time when he cancels it's because of his parents being weird and controlling so he can't really be faulted for that, but it's becoming more common that these things are totally avoidable. on top of that though he's not particularly mean or annoying in conversation and he presents these things at least somewhat apologetically so it's harder to feel justified getting mad at him.
that won't stop me any longer though. grew up with a nasty childhood wombo combo that trained me to be able to ignore social queues then sit with the resulting awkwardness comfortably so long as i feel that i'm in the right
>>12218128woke up melancholy which ended up being a force multiplier for my anger when one of the d&d boys declared that he'd be 2-3 hours later for the session today for totally foreseeable and avoidable reasons
