But this presence Amy mentioned... she said Colby and Madame Divine felt it too. Even if Amy's story sounds more unlikely by the minute, surely all three of them couldn't have imagined it?
Then, Amy offers to demonstrate. Nikki feels her heart start to race as Amy tries to invoke the spirit of Sapphire. Could this really be possible? Could she still be here?
>>18599534As if answering Nikki's unspoken question, a shiver goes up her arm then down her spine before a familiar embrace wraps itself around her body. Tears begin to form in Nikki's eyes. Something about that just felt so unmistakably familiar. This wasn't her imagination. Amy was right. Somehow, Sapphire was still here.
"J-Jen?" Nikki squeezes her eyes shut as the tears begin to flow. "Jen I miss you so much." She wipes her eyes. "I don't know how this is possible, maybe it's because of the magic in your blood, but we'll always be here for you and one day we'll fix this somehow, I just know it."
