no, not personally, my friends have. as a straight single male, my options are limited. I actually had a few opportunities last burn I didn't pursue because my foot blisters were putting me in a shit mood.
It's got plenty of new-left. Also tons of tech-bros, who can be surprisingly based. The outskirts of town ("suburbs") are mostly based gen-x and boomers. The general vibe is anti-authority, anti-consumerism (which is bullshit because 99% of them amazon prime a ton of chinese shit to use once and throw away), anti-banking, with a strong DIY and self-sufficiency focus. There's a lot of humanism, which I'm not against, and no anti-banking lectures will say anything about merchants, but in terms of art installations there's nothing else like it.
