Robert E. Howard, H.P. Lovecraft and Richard Sharpe Shaver were members of the group Robert Anton Wilson identified as the Illuminati.
They each produced stories that were intended to popularize ideas that will be necessary to overcome Reptiloid rule. Howard's Kull stories are essentially a minimally fictionalized telling of the first human revolt against the Reptiloids, while Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos explores the motivations of these alien beings, and Shaver's stories are practically a guidebook to Reptiloid activity in the 20th century.
Malcolm Hulke, a major contributor to the Doctor Who show in its original run, may have been Illuminated, or simply inspired by the above writers, but his Silurians, and their Sea Devil cousins, are so clearly Reptiloids its eerie.
