AI can't understand nuance, can't physically see or examine the patient, can't do small-scale procedures, can't establish a doctor-patient relationship, can't understand the socioeconomic and epidemiological conditions of the patient and the local area, and all the other things that make even being a GP more complicated than it looks. You don't receive an organized list of signs and symptoms that match perfectly with what you're looking for, the story almost always comes out incoherent, full of red herrings, omissions or even with too much unrelated information and it's your job to turn it into something comprehensible. Vitals, lab tests and standardized questionaires help a lot but they're really only half the work.
