https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHYMnrcqhz0>>13254647You are making shit up. APA released a report upon the publication of TBC on the issue of intelligence. They confirmed the 15 point IQ gap between blacks and whites (among other things stated in the book)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intelligence:_Knowns_and_Unknowns>. I mean, some of it is hard to argue against like how Hernstein and Murray didn't have the IQ tests they needed so they misrepresented Army aptitude tests as IQ tests.AFQT is type of an IQ test.
>Or how they completely dropped scores from South Africa's wealthy black school because it didn't fit their narrative. Firstly, *they* did no such thing. They did not conduct any studies in SS Africa. They only cited other people who did. And second, I don't know which study you mean exactly, there are quite a few studies from South Africa and all of them show low IQ for blacks. If it really was wealthy school as you say then it must have been non-representative sample (because most Africans are not wealthy as you surely know) and so the exclusion was justified.
> Or how they completely forgot about how an IQ test was given to copper miners who had never taken a test before and scored 65 then 3 months later came back, gave them the test again and they scored 15 points higher yet they conveniently only kept the original score. This is called practice effect. If you give the same test to people multiple times they will be scoring higher and higher. Psychologists knew about his effect for along time, it is common practice to use only the first score because the later ones tend to be less g-loaded. This is common practice not some nefarious data manipulation as Shaun tried to present it
>The only people The Bell Curve convinces are those who want their racist world views validated, No, we just do a bit of our own research and don't take the word of a random Youtuber who knows nothing about the topic as gospel.
