Some of the Israelites started calling themselves jews around the time of the reformations enacted by King Josiah near the end of the Israelite monarchy, as far as I can tell. The first mention of the jews in the Bible comes in Ezra written in the time after the Persians had already conquered the Babylonians who had wrecked the Israelite monarchy 100 years earlier. The first chronological mention comes in Jeremiah which was also written after the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem. Even if you insist in your ignorance, wrongly, that Jews and Israelites are the same thing, Abraham's grandson Israel had not been born at the time of the events of Genesis 17. Neither the Isrealites nor the jews existed at the time of God's covenenant with Abraham, descendant of Noah, descendant of Adam. Stop helping the juden.
