>Take any old cordless drill. Preferably bosch, makita dewalt etc.>Buy good brand for high quality gears.>Cut the handle and remove all the circuitry. Just keep the top part.>Take a 12-24v to 5v2A circuit and connect the 12v part to two terminals of motor.>Make a handle and tighten it in chuck. >Set gear to no 2 and clutch to 10-15.>Crank away at 20-30 rpm.This generates enough to generate atleast 5v1A in my experience. 10 min of cranking can charge your devices enough to survive the night.
Also the panel in your pic looks like a toy. Buy two real 10 watt panels and join them. It'll be like a laptop. My setup gives about 21 watt an maximum sunshine and 10 watt during winter and cloudy. Supports 18 watt charging.
