if you really needed a lot i believe you can even set it up so the ring finger button temporarily shifts you to another keybind profile so that the 12 side buttons are more like 24. unless you're using it for big macros though pressing a lot of those buttons while holding the other button isn't really realistic though
of course you could also go the route of the razer tartarus if you wanted to be hip and cool
