When you put it on a 64 bit system you have to run in compatibility mode or -w mode because fullscreen will begin to clip or be choppy, but in compatibility mode or -w you lose control of brightness and perspective and a few other visual controls.
It also locks you to 800x600 max.
You need this file to properly run D2/D2LoD on a 64 bit system in widescreen:
