Consume diary, eggs, and other animal products. Vegetables are sides and carbs should be limited and contain as little extra as possible (make your own bread and pasta).
Aside from that, try to buy locally if you can, it will be more expensive but fresher food is really better for you. "Organic" is a scam. Just get fresh meat and some veg.
