first up is my routine
im doing a modified version of pic related with dumbbellls instead of bar. i follow the abxaxb pattern with the following
a - squat, ohp, bp, close grip bp, flyes, upright row, v sit cross jab, toe raises
b - romanian deadlift, lat raise, row, tri kickback, curl, incline bp, incline hammer curl, weighted crunch
is this alright? i kept wanting to do more as my first month went on and just added exercises that were highly recommended for dumbbells on
bodybuilding.com. i tried to balance it as much as i could but im still new to this. looking for any recommendations in either moving stuff around or different exercises to incorporate so im hitting everything. i can also only use dumbbells because thats all my apartment gym has im not aesthetic enough for the regular gym yet i wanted to work my way up. plus i have the apartment gym to myself for an hour when i use it which is a huge plus for me
my other question is when do significant results set in? ive been at it for just over a month and i see slight to moderate changes in my chest, shoulders, arms and thighs but nothing at my abs. ive seen figures anywhere from 1-6 months
