Freebase nicotine versions are a lot more harsh than normal cigarettes.
Most common flavour is tobacco but its never 100% the same taste.
You can fag it up like me and get autism flavours if you wanna try that though.
Depending on how you smoke you'll want a "mouth to lung" device usually, as opposed to "direct to lung".
If you mention the salts and stuff to any vape store owner he'll know what you mean and can help you choose which would be best to start at.
It's never 100% identical and depends a lot on strengths and wattage and coils and shit but imo worth it because no smell and ash and so much cheaper.
I'd say its at least worth trying.
