I'm not medical biohazard expert or anything, but I have been in apartment maintenance for almost 30 years. You find lots of dead bodies on wellness checks in that time.
One time I found a body, and it was so rotten I smelled it as soon as I turned onto the street the apartment was on. The guy was on a blow up mattress, and he swelled up and then popped and there was human bean juice and maggots all over. Puddles of it. It was disgusting.
We called all the authorities and they came out and bagged the body and took it out, and were leaving...

People smelled it all, and saw us working, and investigated, and figured out we tossed that shit in the dumpster. They made a whole fucking website about it, and stuck loads of stickers up about it in the neighborhood.
My point is, no one really gives a fuck unless you're in the profession that pretends they do.
