This passage clearly means that those of the Synagogue of Satan aren't actually Jews, according to Jesus. Hence, those Jews that say they are Jews and are truthful, are the actual Jews, and the only real Jews.
So yeah, according to Kike-on-a-Stick-Man himself, Jews per se cannot necessarily be of the Synagogue of Satan.
