Then, I think, the first time I tried to make an egg, I accidentally made an omelette, cause I didn't have anything to mix it with and was too scared to touch it anyway, so I let it sit there for a bit, and although I dumped most of the pan into the garbage, pic related formed. Still not sure if it's an omelette. I don't remember it being bad, but, maybe I just liked it simply cause I made it.
