About once a month I'll grab this thing, fill it with warm water (slightly above body temp) then I'll set it to the lowest pressure setting and then insert the tip inside my ear canal and blast all the ear wax out letting it drip into my sink. The chunks of wax that come out are massive at times. It also feels insanely good, if you've never experienced it I highly recommend it. This is basically a ghetto version of what the ear doctors do for you when you come in with an ear wax impaction. I used to get that multiple times when I was a kid, would make everything sound like I'm plugging my ears closed tight. The relief from going there and having the impaction cleared is unreal. Like going from being deaf to super hearing in an instant. Using the water pik at home every so often keeps things in check. You'll know it's time to use it if your inner ear gets itchy and rubbing it causes a squishy full feeling inside from too much wax. That's when it's time to get blasting.
