Even men are not strong enough to lift the newer rounds. 120mm is the very upper limit, the soviets went to autoloaders with the 125mm, and now NATO is moving to the 130mm and 140mm they need autoloaders too.
The other argument is tracks, but no man is strong enough to fix a track alone. The fact is that the category of things a man can lift that a woman can't on a tank is extremely small. And since they'll never be engaged in hand-to-hand combat, physical strength is just a non-issue.
Meanwhile men are absolutely vital in infantry, logistics, and artillery, not to mention the fabrication and assembly of the tanks themselves. So any man in a job a woman can do is a man wasted.
