The oldest inscriptions of Yaweh are found in Egypt where the tribes if Israel followed him, and this was synonymous with Baal where the God of exodus demanded blood sacrifices and burnt offerings on a gold altar. The distinctions between Yaweh, Baal and Beelzebub are hard to make considering the old testament is a fragmented collection of works pieced together... But it's clear there's presence of demons influencing the tribes throughout its entirety. I suggest you read the bible to better understand the nature of god and demons and to answer questions about the covenant.
