>>15924423Don't polish the surface, maybe only with weth cloth, but it is shiny naturally. Sandpaper only goes for the top and bottom where it is a bit too pointy naturally. Scrape away that and you get a nice place to drill or just put through a niddle or very narrow nail. Its hollow so after scraping it lightly with the sandpaper, the needle should go through easily.
