Rule of law means shit here. As long as politicians keep living in gated communities, surrounded by bodyguards, nothing will change. No matter who we vote. That sort of political platform you're suggesting doesn't exist, and will never plausibly exist in Argentina.
Also, we have underfunded our armed forces to oblivion, so they're not capable of staging a coup ever again.
