LSD was always more visually apparent and shrooms were more emotionally and "physically" apparent for me (when I say physical I mean it feels physical in your body even though it's happening in your mind. Even still there are some decent visuals, but less fractal than LSD imo.) Shroom trips were the ones that taught me something even if it was a hellish nightmare to see how I need to fix my situation. They were trips that allowed for inner reflection on the past and the future based on choices I've been making. LSD was more of an experience that heightened the senses and allowed me to see the world differently and experience "truths" in real time.
