Not that it matters, they're pretty much selling out the whole country anyway with their endless agreements that benefit no one but the people at the top.
Like ACER for instance. Norway is entirely self sufficient when it comes to our energy requirements and it's all mostly if not all green energy in addition to all the oil we have/export and yet our electricity prices are some of the highest in the world and now we're also getting less consistent power distribution because it's all being sent down to the eu so there's no buffer anymore.
And don't even get me started on the atrocity that is windmills.
