Everyone in r&d comes from anglo-saxon roots, Indian or Russian. Russians dominate top elite of programmers in USA. There is a clandestine operation to suck all the Slavs out of Ukraine and Russia who can write software well. They are coming en-masse right now to USA and EU on accelerated visas done deliberately by US government. I've lost count how many times I deal with an American or EU software company and then learning that software design and architecture is done by 1-2 Russian or Ukrainian guys. Czhech guys are all over the place too, I don't want to forget them. Also excellent at everything.
What I don't see are Irish. Irish change my tires. Irish run their mouths and spit fire in bars and online forums, but they don't advance civilization one bit.
