I've been going on a lot of long walks, but rarely runs. I like to think and take in the scenery on walks, but that's harder to do with runs. With cycling though, I find I have an easier time with it, but my bike's gone missing recently and I fear it was stolen. I guess I'll try to take up running some more, and general calisthenics too while I'm at it.
Good luck with your running, anon!

You never can tell just how even the simplest things can contribute and inspire others. In the greatest, or at least the most terrible men in that history which we can remember, the sheer scale of their actions leaves those affected with an awe of the divine, but people don't seem to recognize it on smaller, everyday scales, even though these actions are every bit as lasting as the actions of the greats. In the same way, people are awed by tornadoes but unperturbed by breezy days. But the effects of each are lasting - and people are no different.
