I do a half mile jog around my property everyday after work.
Then do 10-18 mile hikes on the weekends.
For other exercise, i do 60 pushups in level IV plates and 30 pull ups everyday. then at work mixing and carrying concrete bags, running big hand grinders, and other stuff, I get a decent workout in too.
Any advice for working on wind would be appreciated, especially advice for grappling with asthma.
