I want to buy about 10 acres and build a house on it, then put in a waterwheel and some solar and live off my crypto gains. Was debating between a log cabin vs something pre-fab that I just put together. Log cabins generally seem more expensive when it comes to pre-fab stuff. I could do one myself I guess but not sure if it would come out looking too rustic/ghetto.
