>>21109218The crazy thing is any solid engineering company keeps all kinds of analytics and logs to do RCA in case of any kind of fuck up. With Indian rapejeets fucking shit up all the time, you would thing it would be incredibly easy for management to spot the patterns and link the hiring of Indians to the destruction of the company's products. It's like clockwork every single time. But somehow we have just kept importing more and more of them instead of less.
Also many of these jeets are hiring other Indians purely as a migration scam. They don't care if they can't program or have fake diplomas, they tell each other to just watch youtube tutorials and pawn their work off on other competent employees because "Americans are lazy and you can get away with it". The ultimate goal is to get them a US passport or permanent residence in a white country, so eventually these companies don't even have jeet engineers, but outright jeet scammers posing as engineers filling most positions.
