Evil only takes root when men wishes for it to take root. The All's purpose for creation is unknowable however according to old occultists the All's reason for creation is inherently good and requires cooperation with his laws in order to create order. Cnot have order in a society where nobody follows laws now can we?
If we look at how patient the All is with our cycle of reincarnation we see he has the best intend for us and we have the choice to either recognize out potential in ourselves like how one contributes to a society to keep it together or we all fall apart. The only way out of anguish is tradition and family. Order comes from the family tree once its roots are planted firm and not tainted shall it survive. It its roots are removed or tainted the family shall die and the world with it...
Back to reincarnation. You can only experience all as in being part of that which fuels all. Like all colors come from white light you are right now yellow light and upon self realization you may return to white light over a long process and be the source of all other lights. Rigght now we are only one aspect of creation at all times because we are back at the source but upon reconnecting to that source we become all powers and forces because this force is present everywhere and was the first and is the source so logically this prima power would have you connect to everything because you returned to the everything.
