Im on intermittent 16-23-4-30h 99% of the time and i got ripped and good looking in like 2 months since i started (2y now). Stopped the cravings, cut the sugar and just looked foods i needed to eat on nutrition data to see the minerals and nutrients etc.
Since im really a top notch chef due to having top notch professional chef friends i can easily prepare fresh food for 2-3 meals in one or 2 meals around 3kg food for a day total.
Make sure you get loads of salads to cover the daily potassium need and don't take too much sugars even natural ones to deplete minerals.
Fasting is also the best way to make your body utilize and absorb nutrients to the utmost even in the future days/months when ur not fasting although i recommend that you do it daily as the bible says.
