Well, I know that East games tend to reward insane feats and are likely to have extremely hard to obtain easter eggs.
If there's literally no reward for beating this stage this way, I will be severely disappointed.

Yeah, that's the exact part I though of - I once ripped it all from heel to knee, although it was more on the side than behind.
Got a such a large scar for a few years that it didn't even look like one - it was just too big to notice it's not a normal looking skin when looking just at that part. Got it from some unlucky fall into a quite deep gutter near the road when I was a child.
It's actually non-existent at this point..
