Richat Structure / Eye Of Sahara is 100% naturally created in seconds through a discharge from an electric arch, most likely from a celestial object, perhaps Jupiter. To see how it was created, watch at 35 minutes and 28 seconds this video:

Solon gave to Plato the story that he, Solon got from an Egyptian priest, which increases the chances of Solon giving Plato dimensions that were confused. The Egyptian priest most likely gave dimensions in Egyptian khet to Solon and he in turn gave it to Plato and Plato wrote it down thinking it's in greek stadia, which is another proof that Richat Structure doesn't even fit dimensionally, because original dimensions were most likely in khet, not stadia, which is supported by the fact that Plato's stadia dimensions are unrealistic, but stated dimensions are realistic when converted to khet, which is smaller by ~3.5 times and elevation is way too high.
