While Goon Japan Pro Wreslting (GJPW) intercontinental Champion MADDOTAKO was successfully defending her title time after time, GJPW Dojo graduate Arleen Kade, known professionally as ArKade, was busy building up a win streak of her own. To that end, a championship clash seemed inevitable, but the GJPW match makers continued to give championship matches to Japanese talent.
To ArKade, the answer was simple: prejudice, conspiracy and racism. Believing that local wrestlers were given more opportunities and preferential treatment, ArKade protested on the streets, before storming the GJPW head office and demanding her match take place outside of Japan, nominating Bishoujo at the Beach II as the destination. As this was going on, following another championship defence, MADDOTAKO officially accepted a match with ArKade, stipulating 'any time, anywhere'. The unknown new owner of GJPW agreed, and the match was made official.
Here tonight at Bishoujo at the Beach II, two of the top stars in Goon Japan -- regardless of race, hometown or history -- collide in a first time ever meeting with the GJPW Intercontinental Championship on the line.
