that's actually pretty wild. everywhere i've ever lived or been through you throw all your bags in a bin that you wheel out to the curb. occasionally when people have a ton of trash for whatever reason they'll place extra bags that wouldn't fit or large items beside it instead but it's a really far cry from every house doing that
yeah i know what you mean. i've only ever encountered the latter so it's really jarring to see people literally fucking shilling recycling
