I recommended Dextro because its the focus molecule rather then the energy molecule (levo-amph)
I am personally on Vyvanse which is a godsend. It lasts forever and is a compound that isn't actually amph-salts rather your body metabolizes it and converts it to dextro.
Sorry this explanation is vague but like I said, id recommend this to anyone if they are at the caffeine pill stage.
