If you want to get rid of them the fastest way is to radically reduce your levels of body fat by doing lots of cardio, some anaerobic exercise (workouts), both of which will also raise test, and eliminating most carbs from your diet. That last thing sounds counter-intuitive, but the truth is that most of your non-protein calories should come from fat if you want to stay lean. Carbs build up your insuline tolerance and make you more tired and sluggish.
Other tricks that will speed up the process of losing fat and raising test are cold showers, intermittent fasting, sleeping well (look up "melatonine") and maybe very high doses of buffered vitamin C (1,000-8,000mg/day), though although that last thing helps, it is more for preventing most illneses and also to attain extreme longevity (150-200yo).
Oh, and just one more thing
