Where it will affect how npc react to you
Get enough infamy and frog guardfrogs will track you down and will try to kill you or even frog locals will try to kill you
Plus I'm going to add injury/infection system where if you are going lose an arm or leg you will bleed out or get an infection will which affect your attributes and health but it will make your adventure much more harder
Also watch out for blood frogs they don't take prisoners
