The Quantum layer beneath is an often undefined, random seeming, abstract layer which functions as the base module for the newtonian module to be put on top.
There are certain things i am sure, that are not even defined, if we can not observe them.
This is all anchored around living beings, i dont think a black hole is defined in the unobservable area, nor the boundaries of the universe nor the smallest of the small which we can not access. If we can take out mechanics that are a tool for our realm, okay go for it, but spending so much time to search for something in this realm, or to create a theory is useless. If you try, at least start thinking outside of the box
