Whenever encountering an idea, course of action, or behavior, rather than ask whether or not you might benefit from it--ask instead if you would inflict this on your most hated foe as a means to destroy them. If the answer is yes, it is a "Bad Idea."
Anti-Natalism is the 100% unambiguous best example after Mass-Suicide of a "Bad Idea." When I look at AN, I do not think "huh, would this be good for me?" I think "If I could inflict this on the Jews, would I?"
And guess what, the answer for Anti-Natalism is a titanic resounding YES. This is how I judge the quality of ideas, exclusively. There is no other method necessary.
