Beauty is like a bell curve. Most are in the middle somewhere, then there are som outliers that are really pretty and some that are really ugly. What has happen is that the top end of the bell curve is probably pretty much the same. But the mid range of the bell curve has seen a decrease in attractiveness because of obesity rates have increased.
The top tier women are still top tier. But the mid tier has become worse because of obesity.
