I've done both keto and an ordinary diet, on keto you "lose" weight faster because glycogene retains water, so you have the illusion of faster weight loss.
Now I just eat once a day and watch movies while cycling on my stationary bike, I eat somewhere around 1.5-2k calories a day and I burn cycling around 1-2k per day (depending on how much time I have).
Pic related (in kg's, I'm a manlet as well) is my progress starting this May, I've done two weeks keto->eating anything within a calorie restriction->2 weeks keto etc.
