An old couple lived near our house and took care of lots of street cats, I used to go to their house to play with the cats, one time 3 kittens got stolen and 2 were returned a week later, malnourished and with scratches. I doubt it was intended abuse tho, it was probably retard kids who tried to take care of the kittens but failed.
Lots of street cats used to come in our garden too but my parents never allowed us to take them inside. Look at this goat tho, I fed him bread once when I was drinking tea during break time at work and surprisingly he has cat level loyalty
