My relatives wouldn’t be considered “white” either it makes me mad because I think my real parents were probably rightoids and they left me in a conservative area in fact I think my moms family was a little (not overly) rightoids and they just never thought that something would happen where they are not really considered “white” for sure and their heritage put into question and as a result there validity as citizens or countrymen in the west put into question to they just never thought or got that probably
