Angry at the fact that someone replaced his glorious American pistol with a replica water gun, he angrily begins flailing around with the mighty kick.
Unfortunately it seems that whoever's controlling Duke doesn't have a very good grasp on aiming, and he ends up knocking over a fire hydrant. The fire hydrant erupts in a shower of water, and soon enough the streets begin flooding.
