If there's no vidya evidence automatically dismiss their statements. There's barely a city in the US that doesn't use body cams for any and every interaction. And double down on this because 95% of the time there will be 2 officers there during any sort of interaction ON TOP of cruiser cam. The odds of both of them "forgetting" to turn their cams on is bullshit.
And remember the court is a trifecta doing one thing. Trying to convict someone.

DA = I've got a huge conviction % come election time.
And both get shitloads of "donations" from the private jails and prisons. It's pretty much like congress lobbying but more sinister.
