It's just a bunch of symptoms of brain metabolism issues. Most of these metabolism issues are not classified as diseases too, because they wont kill you. they're just "medical conditions"
The whole story is both meme and pretty much real. The suffering is real, but nobody gives a shit, because it's not their problem, they just expect you to be focused and act "normal".
