Also schizo anon if you are out there I have a gym question. I'm looking up information on weightlifting and depending who you ask you will get wildly different advice on how the proper way to train is. Mike Mentzer says train to failure like twice a week spaced out every 72 hours which seems absolutely insane to me, while others say you should spend a ton of time in the gym. I have absolutely no idea who is right. I've been going to the gym 4 days off, 3 days off. Some would say that's over training but I find that to be absurd. I have no idea who to believe.
